How to fix aproblemof the black screen in Windows (8.1 & 8)

This solution addresses the problem in that some of the files are incomplete or corrupted

And it will a reformed if there appeared a black screen and a computer in the opening delayed

We are doing this step, and if not popping open the computer we install a copy of Windows and a new work of this step

We change the file name to (mator.reg)

And follow the rest of the steps of the video
